When I saw this product in the picture on www.usbfever.com, I imagined it much bigger than it actually is. After unpacking it from easy-to-open blister I finally got to known it. With its 9,6cm lenght and 3,8cm (max) width is not bigger than ordinary cigarette pack, so I wondered a bit. It is made from dull plastic material, which color you can choose during the order(between black and white only). I did not choose the color, so you will see black(which is default to be shipped) charger in my photos:) But it does not matter.
Generally looking, car connector has a classical conception of car connector, USB ports, which are two, has each own LED indicator of charging. They were practically placed in the front to provide convenient way of connecting devices such as MP3 players, iPODs and other devices charged, or supplied from USB port by 5V.
Specifications:
USB Charger is able to provide functionality when connected both to 12V or 24V. I find this very useful, because you can connect in every vehicle. Looking at the label on the body of the charger we learn, that the output current is maximally about 1000mA. This is so much, that you can connect devices such as USB Fan, USB Cooler and so on. According to the current, voltage on the output is 5V+- 5 percent. When you connect some heavier load(like USB Cooler), voltage can decrease by 5% or so, I have measured it. All the electronics inside are packed in double-insulation to provide safety while using.

This charger is very useful on long journeys in car, where you can charge any device compatible with charging via USB port. They are mostly MP3 and MP4 players with integrated accumulator, PDAs , some mobile phones and so on. With its output current up to 1A(1000mA) it is suitable for most devices and appliances. I give mark 2 because of Its behaviour, while plugged in car-lighter slot.
Pros and cons:

+ two USB ports, each has an indicator(LED)
+ two possible supplies (12/24 volts)
+ size
- USB ports are too close to each other, so you cannot connect two devices with directly bulit-in USB simultaneously
- it doesn´t hold in car-lighter slot still
